Name: Jess

I'm from York, England and stayed at Ecoforest for just over two weeks on my way traveling through Spain. My favourite thing about Ecoforest is the river and second the noises (crickets, silence, the wind in the trees). No road noises and the rush of the rest of the world is no longer in your ear. I have spent the weeks clearing the orchard, cutting canes down swimming in the river and sleeping under the stars. My muscles have ached and my legs are scratched, but I have never felt more alive and so satisfied by the food I have been eating as I have here.
